Somatic practitioner, dance teacher, former scientist

Sensuality is our birthright.

It's time to claim it back.

Sensuality has been taken away from women with intelligent use of shame, criticism, and well-engineered distractions to
overload or numb our nervous system.

It's time we reclaim it in a conscious way no one can touch.

With my guidance in shadow work, somatic therapy, and movement practices, you will reconnect with your body, release shame, and reclaim your sensuality.

The world is scared of women who feel it all and speak up,
but that's ironically what the world needs.

Feeling it all, including the misunderstood emotion; sacred anger.

Sensuality is not sexuality.

Sensuality is the ability to feel all senses; it’s about being connected to your body and emotions.

It does not mean conforming to any norms about femininity or sexuality.

It’s about the right to enjoy your body and trust your intuition, which has been taken away from women with patriarchal and misogynistic conditioning.

Now, it’s time we reclaim our sensuality and nervous system wisdom with somatic therapy and movement.

anger can become boundaries,
shame can become sensuality,
grief can become softness,
and desire can become creativity,

Explore the paths

instead of blocking them.

I offer two paths for different transformations.
If you would like to find out what works for you, you can always
make a discovery call.
